Also - the sentiments of whoever picked up the recent placement is unknown. If they're after a quick 20%, then that's a heap of shares to offload.
I'd rather the consolidation waited until PWN has managed a client PFS or even better a D2B. At least try and get the SP to where the multiplier can send it somewhere interesting.
