Still gotta pay back the $300m they borrowed for Tropicana before they can start paying decent dividends. That's pretty hard to do when you end each qtr with less cash than you started with. Also have to fund building mcphillamys which will be expensive and take a long time. Add to this another 2 years to clear the now loss making hedge book. I'm hoping for a takeover offer once they get final approval. If the price hits $3 I'll be out and not looking back.
