Looks like they snuck in under everyone else and pegged a lapsed (due to "going into administration") tenement for a peppercorn royalty to a friendly consultant. . Beacon Hill appear to gone on a Mozambique cola adventure which went down the drain and this JRL acquired magnesite asset was non-core.
Remains to be seen whether it is viable, but appears to have merely cost JRL filing fees.
