@Dineen - Agree with almost everything you posted there. I'd only suggest that APRA appear to have met with ISX more recently than Feb. I think the late Feb contact came out of the AGM and then the latest announcment the other week referred to APRA having met with ISX recently. I would think that has been since the February contact, most likely shortly before the recent update was provided.
Some other ADIs have taken 12-14month so we are now in that range. Latest estimate from ISX is "likely this quarter". Previous estimates have been inaccurate but its not their decision to make. Given the recency of the meeting with APRA I think it is safe to assume that the new timeframe of "likely this quarter" came out of that meeting and may therefore be firmer than previous estimates.
It will happen when it happens. Doesn't effect EU operations or guidance for this FY.
