Just a quick chart to help you to decide whether to invest or not and to have a look at the carnage over the last 2 years.

It is hard to look at TA for a penny dreadful because of the low volume and resulting ability to manipulate the charts with relatively small moves in price, particularly when the SP is in the cents or less, e.g. at less than 1cent, the minimum tick is .1 of a cent or a 10% move.

Accordingly, if I am going to have a look at one, I will look at recent announcements and the board. If they have a history of stuffing up a company, I will avoid it.
