The ex date was the Monday 3.8.20.
The stock was in a trading halt until the opening on Wednesday 5.8.20.
If you did not own shares by the close on Friday 31.7.20 you would not be on the register on the record date Tuesday 4.8.20.

Remember the stock did not trade on the Monday 3.8.20 or Tuesday 4.8.20.
If you bought after the opening of 4.8.20, you are not entitled to the SPP.

If you bought today and didn't get the low for the day (either did I). Tell me in a month or so if it was a good idea. I bought for growth, not for a two cent trade.
