If anyone has used Splitit and had a good experience make sure to post a review on trustpilot.com.au.
Last 4 reviews are 1 star which is disappointing to see. After having a bit of a look it seems people aren't fully understanding the product and the fact that it places a hold for the outstanding amount on your credit card - perhaps they think it is an Afterpay/Zip style product.

That being said on the many retailer websites I've seen it clearly shows that a hold will be placed on the card and will reduce each month when the next installment is taken. While the AOV is very high at around ~USD890, hopefully with more merchants & strong partnerships/branding the company sees a gradual increase in repeat shoppers over the next couple of years (however as Brad has said this isn't a key metric atm due to the large amount of new shoppers and the high AOV).

Communicating what the product does and the benefits is key - need to have a satisfied customer base!
