    "Is BHP's shareholding significant enough for them to hold up this deal?"

    Realistically I don't think it should be....after all BHP have had their go, made a couple of investments some time ago and at a time when APG needed the cash. BHP have done nothing since the original investments, possibly lost interest, unless they are offering brown paper bags under the table, which is certainly not the BHP way being a sophicated and professional organisation. Perhaps as Kronos has now become interested in APG, BHP are now becoming more than just interested once again. Who knows maybe BHP are in negotiation with APG once again.

    ...but for sure there is something holding up this deal from being announced...and perhaps it may be another third party we are not yet aware of...if it is...then fantastic...time will tell...but time needs to occur real soon or many of the newer (and longer term) holders will lose interest in APG very quickly indeed.

    Whilst many have tried very unsuccessfully to guess announcement date....next week is a must....one way or another...that is at least an update, if nothing else, for shareholders.
