    The reason I ask is because of Tewkleberry's post on Corridor Sands terms of reference.

    if BHP are indeed putting together a bid for Corridor, and it is based on lower electricity use using the APG technologies which BHP have licenced, and we have little reason to believe it wouldn't as that site is the reason they bought in?.

    Then they need to be sure they have unfettered access to that technology?..

    Kronos taking a stake would perhaps be a problem??

    BHP get wind of such a situation??.

    Just theorising to try and come up with some reason why such a 'done deal' could take so damn long to announce!!
