Centro Distribution Reinvestment Plan (¡§DRP¡¨)
As previously advised, the distribution for Centro Properties Group (¡§Centro¡¨) for the half year
ending 30 June 2007, will be 20.5 cents per ordinary stapled security. The distribution is payable in
August 2007 and the DRP will be operational for this distribution.
