    I would think Jerko is probably planning on what im about to say anyway...but i believe that once management recieve their permits and approvals and are about to start additional pond construction (and possible drilling) they go ahead and put up an ANN. Recieving permits and pond construction is another big important mile stone (Can't wait for the good news AGY ). IMO.
