After raising $3M at a 30% premium to the then current share price of 2.3c. The placement was to a select group of strategic holders who will back AGY to production.

AGY management then followed through with an announcement regarding exploration commencing at Rincon and an JV update with Pablo Allurade.

I am anticipating further updates on Pocitos exploration soon.

Holders of AGY are still frustrated with the performance of AGY. However I note the current sellers are the accumulators who bought at 2.6c and below recently (who had wind of this placement).

Their shares will be flushed out in due course.

Surely AGY deserves to be at least $30M market cap at this stage of the journey.
