Looks like capping lines at mid 8c for accumulation.
AGY in the middle of a swing trade north yet they cap it. Why would they not let AGY run a full green bar to 9.5c and sell tomorrow.
Maybe it's because AGY has a habit of announcing the markets on Monday mornings.
