IF you had brought (PTX options) PTXOC at .025 today and you wanted to convert them to shares on or before 31 March 2023
then you would pay PTX $0.0625 for each option you wanted to convert (ie your total out of pocket cost would be .025 plus .0625 per share)
Your choice,
I like to purchase long dated options like PTXOC rather than PTX shares because I think it gives me greater exposure to any upwards share price movement while minimising my downside risk, for example if you had brought today 100000 PTX shares at .054 they would cost $5400, while 200000 PTXOC at .025 would cost $5000.
Yes options are high risk but by 2023, IN MY OPINION both the shares and the options should BOTH be well over 10 cents each or well under 1 cent each depending on trial results .
