Out of all the weeks to do a CR, they want to do it when the quarterly is due. Why? They could have done it last month or last week. Perhaps because they got the money now, they don't care when it happens? Or were they waiting for all the dumping to finish? Maybe they just happened to finalise the financing now? I don't know.

It's been trading around 1 cent for a month now, so most of the dumping must be over. W2V is still trading above the CR price (so far) for the 3rd day in a row. If Regal & the other T20 were still around, this would be at 0.006 by now.

Thank you Peter for buying up all those Regal shares. I suspect you may even participate in the CR, who knows.
