The company desperately needs working capital that's why the SPP was extended with a hope that SP will reach or cross the CR level and people will fully subscribe it. However, it doesn't look like that will happen anytime soon. They might have to do another CR soon to compensate this gap in funding if they can't find any other sources. Hope this doesn't happen and Q2 have some juicy surprises for all of us.
