Hopefully they will allow some question time and not just go straight to a vote.
I understand that VIL have reached or come close to their 15% of allowed share creation. Which is why this vote is needed to allow them the freedom to raise more capital when they want to without direct permission from us, the SH's. However there was no real reason given as to why it was needed now. So if you have the time could you please ask the simple question: why now?
If they are looking at farming out FP2 then its not for that and thats the only current project we have that isnt fully funded.
So how come they cant wait till we have had some success from the current projects before we give them full reign for more seemingly random investments? I know id feel more comfortable passing this vote if our SP was higher.
