You still need $800 million in capex, if you go wild and assume $500 million in various gov cheap debt schemes, you still need $300 mill in finance - which puts your shares on issue well over 10 billion and more likely 15 billion. The two managements are in survival mode - hence the merger. If this EVER hits 5 cents pre development bite the hand off the fool offering it IMHO.
