Both companies successfully merged, creating one of the largest and most advanced vanadium projects in the world. AVL has now significantly increased its strategic investor appeal and company's capital market profile, delivering greater scale, improved liquidity and a stronger balance sheet which will position the company well. Im alot more confident now in there ability to secure project financing and offtakes. Once people catch onto the VFB market and its countless benefits and the role it will play in the switch to net zero emissions goal, it will be globally adopted and vanadium price will rise which is inevitable. There's good dilution and there's bad dilution, the extra shares handed out by the company have seen the successful merger of two company's and increased the chances of financing dramatically, we all know this couldn't have been done with two individual companies in this current market and to have one ore body is what's best for everyone. We've seen 10 c before, and now we are in alot better position now then what we were back then, and have advanced alot, we didn't even have an electrolyte facility back then. It's only a matter of time before people become aware and vanadium builds some hype, 20 c is very realistic. DYOR.
