If you buy say 200,000 at 0.5 cents you can only lose a maxium of $1,000 as you don't have to take up the option if you don't want to.
The upside however is unlimited, for example if the shares hit 25 cents you will make $4,500.00.
I'm willing to lose $1000 when I have an unlimited upside over the next 3 weeks. If the SP was under 18 cents I wouldn't take the risk.
