Mate, that is unfortunate. It sucks selling a bad company at loss. Do you know whats worse. Selling a good company at a loss and watching it go back up.
For your own mental health, I hope you are prepared for the possibility of this happening.
If you don't buy back into nov. I suggest you take a few weeks off before investing else where. Chasing a loss can get ugly.
