interesting perspective, noting this as a dog with no real substance apart from taking aim at a companies talent incentives.

Clearly you don't come from a corporate or sales background nor are you aware of the mass shortage of Tech expertise in Australia & the broader financial sector.

Novatti have been able to attract the best team to drive the company to the next level.
Rather than paying over the top amounts for their wages, they've introduced incentive schemes to overachieve and drive the growth and sustainability required to be rewarded.

Finding the talent Novatti have is extremely strenuous and hard to hold onto, this market is hot and in mass shortage.

ok, the share price has been decimated over the past 14 months however the Fintech & payments sector has been smashed majorly pulled down with the BNPL sector.

Over the past 5 years Novatti have ascertained some of the best financial licenses which are extremely hard to be approved for. Along with the licenses, Novatti have invested into major companies to further grow the business which are already returning incredible value- reckon being a major winner, we are now integrated into this business with over 110K companies using Novatti software $$$.

PB- We are currently trading at a PB ratio of under 2....( valued at 11.3c per share), there aren't any growth stocks I can name who are growing at the rate Novatti are with the expansion strategy ( have a look at EML for example, currently at $1.60 which is 16x PB) last week it was upwards of 27x.

To class a business as this as a dog and bog is as short sighted as it gets, your comment lacks substance and understanding of employee incentives for high performance and return.

PC has openly stated the current business can sustain another 2 years prior to any CR, this shows the business is now running off good EBITA and a forecast revenue of $100M within 18 months.

Sell your shares, you clearly have no idea how to value a growth stock, in particular Fintech- see you at the top
