    Whenever he comes in and downramp, news follow. He downramped for a good whole week saying how NOV is a dog, it will go down to 11cents. Then the week after, RKN sold part of their business and had the special divd announcement.

    I don't know if there will be news, but it seems like news follow downrampers.
