    ZERO chance of that happening for at least a year. Russia is not Iraq, Syria or Afghanistan where the West can bombard them into submission.

    We are stuck holding this stock in the red where everything is always 'just over the horizon'.
    When the RADI approval happens...
    When migrants return...
    When peace talks conclude...
    When when when...
