I doubt it will reach 20 cents again. The rights issue at that price was well supported so those same holders will be well tempted probably before that point. I don't think it will go much lower than 28 cents, especially when you consider the price has held up quite well on what has been a down period for the market.

The upside is large anyway so a few cents either side is irrelevant in the long run.
