re: yankee dollars That has been discussed way back. I suggested $20 mill. which should be easily recovered within a reasonable short time IMHO.

This assumes the inclusion of another $2 mill cash or more held by LUM at the time.

The current number of shares is 102 mill +5 mill options, so the current share price runs close to a takeover price IMHO.

The Japanese would be interested in this, I think as they are very prominent on some continents.

I bought a few shares some time ago but prefer now to wait till further developments occur.
