In fact WB you need to have a look at all the facts including that there were three cos involved with debt dues to a Canadian Co and a default on the loan. Sherwin was also in Iron Ore and there was more than one iron ore co in the NT which suffered this fate.

I guess if anyone has doubts they have the right to exit the co but I would suggest that the circumstances that that co found itself in and CSD are like chalk and cheese.
