Well spoken @SouthernCross1, all that stuff about Core Purpose was just a crock, I mean this story has played out many times before.
But the timing here, straight after the legal shambles, wreaks of a shady management sell-out - they will cash out for a very nice profit (and whatever else they have been offered); and retail shareholders who have supported the company through this legal imbroglio will be left to hang out and dry.
