    I don't really understand how the bonus issue will end up benefiting anyone - as all heads holders get the bonus, everyone is still only as well off relative to everyone else as they were pre-bonus (except options holders who don't qualify for the bonus). Isn't the bonus issue just a dilution , in effect?
