I think you will find those analysts are desktop analysts. They see so many people jumping on the band wagon.
Mining it is not the problem (well it is for some who use incredibly low cut-off rates...sort of...more like its the investor who just sees REE and dives in...)
Producing the end product is more of a lost art of Alchemy than straightforward digging.
