20% dilution

Assuming the Australian financial review article is correct and there is $60 million debt and $15 million equity, then we are all going to be diluted by roughly 20% :(. This is based on the market cap of 60 million at present. I would imagine 300 million shares issued @5c to achieve the $15 million.. Resulting in 1.4 billion shares on issue. I have a buy order in for more, but am rethinking my potential entry price and now imagining I'm not going to get the pop I was expecting on my existing shares . GLTA DYOR
