I've been following this one for a while and although it may look like value and a discount, they have only destroyed shareholder value so far. They've underperformed their target index by around 12%, lost any chance of activating the options (and thus reducing costs per share) and they've shown a pretty bad sense of timing IMO. Another factor that hurts is that the IPO market doesn't look too hot right now, so it's unlikely that they will be able to get full value from their unlisted investments for some time.
I'd be looking for a 25% + discount before I take a punt that management can turn it around.
