A lot of opinion here. I have a sign business doing real estate signs, so essentially For Sale signs from Kwinana to Lake Clifton in Perth south. Ill tell you the amount of sign up the past fortnight are down 90%, and the amount of listings that have been pulled (ie the amount of signs im picking up with no sold sticker) was triple my usual. Small sample area i know, but indicative none the less.
I do feel things will bounce back strongly on a listing side of things, but for the moment its not great.
