Abolishing the one child policy has not much effect as its hard to have multiple children in a non welfare country. So families will still have at most one or two children and will pay for the best they can for their only child or 2. This can be hard to understand if you don't live in Asian countries and basically have two choices. Work or starve. Think China and Hong Kong ,Japan, Korea and Singapore and wealthier parts of South east Asia. Incidently happens to be the target market of A2M.
