I hope not. Share buybacks are generally regarded as ineffective or only marginally effective. They need to keep a strong cash balance for a rainy day and they also need to be able to fund all their development activites, for which there will always be some unavoidable cost and development timeframe blow outs. I guess we'll find out tomorrow.
