The world "shareholder" also makes a lot of sense, because the shareholder HOLDS the shares. (the holding aspect doesn't exist in the translation of the word in every other language) That's the equivalent of the crocodile lieing motionless in the water (and that's what I will continue to do.)

just to add to the quote that I posted:

That being said, I am still "lieing motionless in the water".
