You're turning up on a few of my stocks and those ones usually do well.
There are over 27m shares on escrow, with 10.6m of them being released around 30th Sep 2011 and the other 13.2m around October 2012.

So the fully diluted cap you've provided is definitely correct, but the small number of shares currently available now makes a positive difference to the SP.
