    I believe they will refinance.

    Does anyone here know of any reason why they could not refinance?

    IMO one of several things is happening here

    1) Game playing forcing sp down to allow cheap accumulation
    2) Someone dumping to free up cash to pump into some other rocketship in a green market
    3) Panick selling resulting from tree shaking.
