I would be of the thinking that if the '20m man' was to just turn around and dump for only a few ticks he would accumulate by stealth so that he could offload in the same manner. But no, he seems to be waiving his wallet around in plain sight for us all to see, could be that this is simply a genuine purchase getting ready for the fireworks.
Now if he/she/they go and put 20m on the sell after they have purchased then this would have to be the most honest trader (um??) I have ever seen:)
