    It is NOT a change in substantial shareholding...that applies to a situation where they are still a substantial shareholder but the percentage shareholding has changed

    When they drop below 5%, they CEASE to be a substantial shareholder and they have to announce that to the ASX

    If ADY disappears from the Disclosure list, they need to file a " Cease" notice too
