I have never said that BMN is illegaly manipulating
their s/p but timing news based around when they
can sell their private placement shares (April 14th).
Every company does it in some way or another and Bannerman
is no differant. Check out almost every other company
when they put out a PP and their drilling results come
out around when they can sell their pp shares as well.
Its something every good investor should know about a company they are investing in. When insiders buy PP shares and when they can sell. Time will tell and we will find out come end of March or mid April.
Never buy a company with out checking out canadianinsider.com or going to sedar if you buy on the tsx.
