20% of workforce made redundant, page-7

Old mate worked in the mill on a 8/6 roster.

Having worked 9/5, 2/1, and 8/6 currently, they'd be paying more money to have guys on 2/1 than 8/6 due simply to days worked.

Not sure about what exactly is going on with Apex, but thought I'd post the latest news. Not a big fan of redundancies being done over the weekend tho :(

Anyhow, Apex sounds like a good team with good operations (apart from the fact Wiluna is a dog of a town!) - interesting to see what happens
