generally you can trade this sentiment but it has to be quick. Large traders need retail enthusiasm to unwind in to. An extended blow off top is pretty easy to identify but you have to detach from the euphoria which can be hard.
Big short interest often follows this type of sentiment.
(Not implying NEU is in this category - it's a bit more mature)
