Why are ppl in such an orgasmic rush to get taken over with a, by definition, cheap takeover offer?
If ppl are expecting the SP to be between $20-$25 dollars after ONE successful phase 2 trial, then surely after 4 successful phase 2 trails...and the continued successful rollout by Acadia of Daybue, together with some progress on ROW and Fragile X, then surely the SP will be close to $50 after 4 successful phase 2 trials?
Any TO offer after that will be substantially higher than an offer after just one successful Ph2 trial.
I wonder if CSL had all these holder hyperventilating to be taken over back in 2010-11?
