Hemp is now legal, actual law changed... I doubt it should now be valued at 2c... next week is meeting with EPA before QBL makes a final submission for MDL approval.
Anyone wanting locally produced cannabis sativia would need to get it from MCL. Hemp food sector is about to explode and QBL is the only exposure on ASX for a local producer...
If it retraces its big boys wanting to scoop up more shares. It all very much depends what goes on in meeting with EPA 3rd May 2017... but so far only based on MCL and hemp approval it should settle around 3c or keep churning on its own momentum. IMO
