It’s unexercised but my understanding is the conversion or repayment is at Nova’s election... which they will of course elect to convert after 12 months at .0045
Anyone buying into TNR now is really buying into a company with a MC of a lot higher then currently quoted.
If my calcs are correct the con notes they have outstanding will add ~135 mil shares to the SOI and they have 271 mil oppies well in the money.
