Real estate agents wont lose out if prices fall. they truly are scum
when property prices are going up or stagnent, they will tell you its going to go up, it never falls and best pay this price now before prices go up more..
they know the more they sell the house for the more they make.
when the market goes sour then their game plan changes. propery sales slow down like now, and over time eats into their revenue.. so they change tactic
they then try and turn the house's over as quickly as posible as higher turn over means more money for them.. so they then start telling sellers your asking too much, prices might full best sell now incase it falls more and lower your price so we can sell it before price falls more..
they then go from pushing prices up to selling them down to turn em over quickly to get the money rolling in.
