what cbd are u talking about pj77.not sydney,thats for sure.inner sydney is great.eg;surry hills,paddo,redfern.still good potential around zetland,beaconsfield.wait til u see the green sq area in 5 years.any propetry out of reach of basic transportation or cbd/coastal water will not be sexy for a long time.
