Have you live in those area before?Okies miller,busby are a no go area.
But did you know that some house worth more than 700k.
I agree those area does have alot of unemployed and consisiting of housing commision.

But alot of western area are very good for investing at the moment.Afterall it is these area that had been hit the hardest aleady.


Iam an investor and tend to look for oppotunity when it come.
But thanks for reminding me...........
