Thats not fair - they have found those holes - their heads are so far up it. Not one of these experts saw the subprime crisis coming - not one!
I guess my point earlier about replacement costs would have to be gauged on new suburbs. If no replacement factored in the older areas with good arae then the house is in an excellent location and the price of the land on its own puts it out of the reach of the new homebuyer. But in new areas replacement costs draws a line in the sand eventually.
